Pennsylvania law requires that proof of immunization must be provided before a child can be admitted to any public, private or parochial school. At REGISTRATION written proof of immunizations from the physician must be submitted. In addition all newly enrolled students are required to submit a physical and a dental exam no later than the first day of school (can be done no more than a year prior to the start of the school year). If your child has a health concern (i.e. asthma, diabetes, allergy, seizure, cardiac condition) please contact the school nurse.
