If your child is in 3rd grade this is the first year they may start an instrument. Their choices are: violin, viola, and cello.
If your child is in 4th grade this is the first year they may play a band instrument. The following are instruments they may play in band: flute, oboe, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, and snare drum.
Advanced Orchestra is for students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades who have played their instrument for at least a year and wish to continue. I will visit returning students the first week of school with more information on how to continue.
Advanced Band is for students in 5th and 6th grades who have played their instrument for at least a year and wish to continue. I will visit returning students the first week of school with more information on how to continue.
