Routine Screening

ROUTINE SCREENINGS AND EXAMINATIONS

Students in the district are scheduled to receive mandated screening examinations in accordance with the following schedule:

1. Vision Screening:  Annually kindergarten through 12th grade   
2. Hearing Screening:  Annually kindergarten through 3rd grade, 7th grade and 11th grade   
3. Blood Pressure Screening: 6th grade through 12th grade   
4. Physical Exams due: Kindergarten, 6th grade and 10th grade   
5. Dental Exams due: Kindergarten, 3rd grade and 7th grade    
6. Scoliosis Screening: 6th and 7th grade
